Product description
The land of Oaken is a magical place, and it's hard to say exactly when or where it exists. In this world, spirits live among the branches of the Great Oak tree and all listen to the same voice, known as the Oak Song. When this voice is lost, it sets off a series of events that could either help heal the Great Oak or cause its destruction.
As you play through the game, you'll take control of various heroes and engage in battles with enemies using a deck of cards. The world of Oaken is steeped in Celtic and tribal themes, adding to its enchanting atmosphere. You'll explore a randomly generated world map with lots of levels, bosses, and events to discover.
The battles in Oaken are unique and highly tactical, taking place on a hexagonal grid. Your hero's position and rotation are hugely important, and you must carefully strategize to emerge victorious. You'll have the option to upgrade your spells and spirits to suit your playstyle, making the game as enjoyable and challenging as you want.
