However, people later feared their power and sent them to another dimension. Legends say that they will return when the world needs them. In the game, you become the Emperor of Avalon and must fight against the vengeful heroes to defend your empire.
You can choose from over 30 different classes of characters, each with their unique abilities and weapons. You can also choose the next Emperor to inherit the throne and become the main character in the story. The game has a free-form scenario where your decisions and actions change the course of the story.
The combat system is exciting and has been enhanced from the original turn-based system. You can learn new abilities in battle and use formations to your advantage. You can also perform combination attacks with your team members.
The game has beautiful 3D graphics while still keeping the charm of the original 2D pixel sprites. The game is suitable for newcomers and fans of the franchise. There are three difficulty levels to choose from, catering to different players' abilities.
