Online purchases can be refunded by request . You must notify us (in writing, by telephone or email) within 7 days of receiving the item and post back to: Returns Department, Chloe James Lifestyle, 12 High Street, St Albans, Herts, AL3 4EL. For your protection, we recommend that you use a 'signed for' delivery service. Refunds will be credited to the card account with which the order was originally made, but only when returned goods have been received and checked by our Returns Department to ensure that all items are in a new and re-sellable condition. If returned goods are found to be unfit for resale, a deduction will be made from any refund to cover refurbishment and repackaging costs. Note that only the value of the returned goods will be refunded - original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you require a product exchange, please inform us that you wish to send the goods back and provide details of alternative preferred products. Replacement goods will be dispatched as soon as the original goods have been received and checked by our Returns Department. The card account on which the order was originally made will be credited or debited to the value of any difference in price and subject to a deduction to cover refurbishment costs if returned goods are found to be unfit for resale. We will also inform you of any additional shipping charges depending on the size and weight of the exchange goods. Special order goods (e.g. ordered to your specification) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
