The materials are GOTS certified, with smaller sizes coming with fold over mitts & foot covers to keep your baby warm during winter months and to assist with eczema. Baby Gift Box – All sleepsuits are wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a free ribboned gift box (all packaging is fully recyclable)
We want you to love our sleepsuits. We are therefore giving you the opportunity to return a sleepsuit to us at any time within thirty (30) days of delivery and receive a full refund in the event you are unhappy with it or it is simply not right for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including the wrapped gift box). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@adoracub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days. If the sleepsuit you received is defective or is not as described, please contact us at hello@adoracub.com and we will make things right. Our priority is to see you and your little ones happy, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Refunds form part of our refund policy.
