Please note that we are unable to offer return fees and the shipping costs are not refundable, unless your items are faulty, or your order cancelled. You must insure our online team receives the products within 14 days of receipt of your order; otherwise, your refund may be refused. The original payment method used to place the order will be credited once the return has been accepted. Please be aware that the refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your account after its approval. An email will notify you once the returned items have been received and processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in our concessions or outlets within an independent department store or boutique. To return your order simply re-package your parcel securely and post it through your desired postage channel.
