Life at EnableAll
We’re a global team, with the core team based in the UK. The UK team operate a flexible model, with a blend of remote and hybrid depending on the role and operational needs. We also all meet in person once a week (typically Tuesdays) in Euston, Central London, for high communication bandwidth work like strategy, sprint planning, and reviewing completed work.
We believe this balance gives flexibility and agency to employees, while still maintaining the human fuzzy interactions to ensure we’re all aligned. It’s also important to take a break now and then, so as a team we also enjoyed social activities, such as crazy golf and other fun team experiences.
