EnableAll is a UK-based technology company dedicated to digital inclusion. Our flagship Code-Fix Web Accessibility App and other web accessibility software solutions help organizations deliver compliant, inclusive, and barrier-free online experiences.

EnableAll is committed to Privacy by Design. We use cookies only where necessary to provide and improve our Services, and we do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information from End Users who interact with our accessibility features on Customer websites. Cookies set on the Site itself are different: some of them store or process your IP address (for example, the userIP cookie) or use it to infer your approximate location and the organization you are visiting from. These are described in Sections 5 and 6.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms in this policy have the meanings set out in our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, as applicable.

5. How EnableAll Uses Cookies

We may use visitor identification and lead enrichment tools to understand which organizations are visiting our Site and to support our sales and marketing activities. These tools may use cookies, IP addresses, and similar technologies to infer company-level information and, where permitted, professional contact details. We currently use RB2B for this purpose, which sets the cookies _reb2buid, _reb2bsessionID and _reb2bgeo to identify the organization you are visiting from and your approximate location.

We use Contentsquare (which also provides the Hotjar product) to help us understand how visitors interact with our Site, for example through aggregated heatmaps and session replay. Contentsquare sets cookies, including _cs_c, _cs_id and _cs_s, to distinguish visitors and sessions.

We use HubSpot, our customer relationship management and marketing platform, to manage enquiries and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. HubSpot sets third-party cookies on the Site to recognize returning visitors and to link Site activity to enquiries you submit.

We use Synerise, a marketing and personalization platform, across the Site to record the pages you visit and to tailor the content and offers you see.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms and to deliver retargeted advertising. It stores referral information on your device, including lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime.

We use Freshpaint to manage and route the tags and tracking scripts described above. Freshpaint sets its own identity cookies (fpjs_user_id, fpjs_group_id, fpjs_user_traits and fpjs_group_properties), which allow Site activity and associated attributes to be linked to you and to your organization across visits. Some of these services are delivered through Freshpaint proxy domains, including freshpaint-proxy.com, which set load balancing cookies (AWSALB and AWSALBCORS).

EnableAll Assist-Bar and Code-Fix (Widget)

Important: The EnableAll Assist-Bar and Code-Fix services that operate on Customer websites are designed with privacy in mind. These services:

·       Do not use cookies to track End Users across websites

·       Do not collect personally identifiable information from End Users

·       Store accessibility preferences locally on the End User's device (using local storage), which the End User can clear at any time through their browser settings

Any accessibility preferences saved by End Users are stored locally on their own device and are not transmitted to or stored on EnableAll servers in a way that identifies individuals.
