Pricing Terms

1. Our Approach to Pricing

EnableAll's mission is to make the web accessible for everyone. We believe pricing should be just as accessible — fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

This page explains how our pricing works in plain language. While these Pricing Terms form part of our Terms of Service ("Agreement"), we've written them to be genuinely helpful, not to hide behind fine print. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

Our commitment to you: We approach every customer relationship with care and good faith. If you ever have questions about billing or need support beyond what's listed here, just ask — we're here to help.

Please note that all of EnableAll's services and features are subject to the EnableAll Terms of Service available at www.enableall.com/terms-of-service . In the event of any conflict between these Pricing Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.

2. Pricing Rates and Plan Features

Current pricing and the plan feature comparison table are available on our website at www.enableall.com/pricing (see “Compare features across plans”).

Your selected Plan determines the features, usage limits, and included services available to you.

3. Session Measurement and Plan Basis

Our aim is to keep pricing fair and predictable. As a result, your Plan is based on your Average Sessions (your 12-month average website sessions). No spikes, no seasonal surprises.

Session definition: A “Session” means one visit to your website by a single user. If a visitor leaves and returns later, it counts as a new Session.

Data source: EnableAll uses a third-party data provider (currently DataforSEO) to calculate Average Sessions. Where technically feasible, we use best efforts to exclude known measurement anomalies (such as bot traffic or Shopify infrastructure-related data).

Usage visibility: You can view your usage and Plan information in your EnableAll dashboard. We may also send automated notifications as you approach your Plan limits.

4. Free Trials

Free trial duration and eligibility are shown at checkout and on our Pricing Rates page.

Unless you cancel before your trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled into a paid Monthly Plan at the lowest tier that fits your Average Sessions (unless you select a higher tier or an Annual Plan).

5. Monthly and Annual Plans

Monthly Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.

Annual Plans are billed annually in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly (unless otherwise stated in the Pricing Rates or an Order).

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

Automatic upgrades: If your Average Sessions exceed your Plan limit, we may automatically upgrade you to the next tier so the Service continues without interruption. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your Billing Cycle (annual or monthly).

Manual upgrades: You can upgrade at any time via your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, with pro-rated billing for the remainder of your Billing Cycle.

Downgrades: You can downgrade only if your Average Sessions fit within the lower Plan tier.

Monthly Plan downgrades take effect at the next Billing Cycle. Annual Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current annual term.

7. Renewals and Cancellation

Monthly Plans: Renew each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Annual Plans: Renew each year. To cancel, downgrade, or switch to monthly billing, you must provide notice at least 7 days before your renewal date. Changes take effect at the end of your current annual term.

How to cancel: You can cancel via Manage Plan in your EnableAll account, or through the Shopify App Store (or other platform) if you subscribed there.

Uninstallation is not cancellation: Uninstalling the EnableAll app does not cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for fees until you submit a cancellation through the proper channels.

8. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription. A pause takes effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle and stops further billing while preserving your account data.

Paused accounts may be deleted at our discretion after 12 months of continuous pause.

9. Refunds

Plans are billed in advance. Except as expressly stated in the Agreement or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You will retain full access until your paid term ends.

10. Included Specialist Services (Annual Plans)

Some Annual Plans include specialist services such as manual testing, reports, or custom fixes. Where included, the following applies:

Manual testing: Up to one accessibility review of your website and a summary of findings per annual term.

Custom fixes: Typically up to 8 hours of custom accessibility fixes per annual term (unless otherwise agreed). This requires you to provide necessary access and written confirmation before changes are made.

Expiry: Included specialist services must be requested and initiated within 6 months of your annual term starting, after which they may expire.

Availability, scope, and eligibility depend on your Plan and the applicable Pricing Rates.

11. Litigation Response Support

Customers on eligible Plans (or who purchase Litigation Support as an Add-on) have access to our Litigation Support Package, which provides technical assistance only to help respond to accessibility demand letters or claims.

What’s included:

  • Dedicated case manager: A dedicated accessibility expert coordinates your support throughout the response process.
  • Claim response support: Our team reviews the complaint materials you provide, helps identify relevant accessibility issues within the scope of the Service, and prioritizes fixes where appropriate.
  • Technical documentation describing EnableAll features and remediation applied to your website.

What’s not included:

  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Payment of legal fees, settlements, fines, penalties, or damages
  • Guaranteed outcomes

Important: Litigation Support is technical assistance only. Nothing provided by EnableAll — including any opinions, documentation, or guidance — constitutes legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel regarding your obligations under accessibility laws and how to respond to any legal claims.

Eligibility: Requires an active paid subscription for the website in question and compliance with prior claims notification requirements in the Agreement. Not available during trials unless expressly stated.

Full details are available in the Agreement (Clause 5.8).

12. Add-Ons and Expert Services

Certain features and services are available as Add-Ons for additional fees, including:

  • Full-site language translation (priced per language based on word count)
  • Additional audits, reports, or specialist services

If you request Expert Services beyond what is included in your Plan, we will provide a Quote. Unless otherwise agreed, our standard rate is $120 per hour.

13. Language Features

All Plans include Assist-Bar interface translations into multiple languages.

Full-site language translation is available as a paid Add-on, priced based on the number of words on your website (see checkout or Pricing Rates for current pricing).

14. Third-Party Cost Features (Third-Party Cost Features)

Some features rely on third-party services with variable usage-based costs (for example, sign language capability) (“Third-Party Cost Features”).

EnableAll may include Third-Party Cost Features in a Plan at no additional charge, subject to fair use and continued availability on commercially reasonable terms.

If continued inclusion becomes commercially unviable (due to high usage, third-party price changes, or availability), EnableAll may, on at least 30 days’ notice:

  • Impose reasonable usage limits or fair-use thresholds
  • Modify, suspend, or remove the feature from the Plan
  • Make the feature available as a paid Add-On

15. Enterprise and Custom Plans

If your website traffic exceeds standard Plan tiers, we will work with you on an enterprise or custom plan.

Custom pricing and terms will be set out in an Order or within your Shopify (or other CMS or ecommerce platform) account and will take precedence over public Pricing Rates.

16. Accessibility Statement and Certificate

When you install EnableAll, we provide a template Accessibility Statement and a dated Accessibility Certificate you can download to demonstrate your compliance efforts.

You should review the template statement with your legal counsel before publishing it on your website.

17. Auto-Audit Scanning and Compliance Expectations

Some Plans include access to EnableAll Auto-Audit (due to be released early 2026), which detects accessibility issues that automated remediation cannot fix. We recommend running Auto-Audit weekly, monthly, and after major site updates.

EnableAll is designed to get your website as close to WCAG AA compliance as automation allows, and we include features that support AAA-level standards. However, no automated tool can guarantee full compliance. Some issues require manual testing, content changes, or custom development beyond what any software can provide.

For full WCAG compliance, we recommend periodic human review.

18. Price Changes

We may update our Pricing Rates from time to time. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to your subscription.

If you don't agree to the new pricing, you can cancel before your next Renewal Period.
